i give it 5 stars not because it's a Michelin star restaurant. it's because the restaurant is a hidden gem near the train terminal. very unpretencious decor, service is adequate. there is no English menu as it caters mainly for the locals. food is well prepared and taste good. price is exceptionally resonable.i am sure there are better restaurants in Naples, but would cost 2 to 3 times. i would say this is excellent choice for budget travelers. but if you want an extragant meal, look into Michelin star restaurants.

Came here on a whim (place I initially planned to go was closed) but did not get disappointed despite the lower rating. It's honestly really solid food, nothing groundbreaking but tasty and decent portion size. It's also ridiculously cheap and good value for being so close to the station (I paid 5€ for gnocchi, in the picture I had already started eating a couple) Definitely recommend if you're on a budget or don't want to walk too far! Waitress was really friendly and accommodating as well despite me not knowing any Italian.

One of the best places to eat in Naples simple Italian home cooking no pizza only traditional home cooking loved the food and staff it's a local place not many tourists, great value and great selection of food for all tastes we eat here three nights running, and great vegetarian options, a gem not to be missed if you want true local food and vibe many thanks to this restaurant your doing a great job see you next year when back in naples

Nice economical place with great tasting food near Piazza Garibaldi. Their white house wine is fantastic. The two ladies are quite busy and did try to help me place my order and choose a dish since the menu was in Italian and I know only English. One spaghetti with Balognese and full glass of house wine came to just 7 Eu. Most restaurants have a tourist menu and a locals' menu. Remember to ask about the local dishes if you are a tourist.

This is simple Italian food at its best. We were there early, so no one else there but a clean and well set out restaurant. Our Italian is non-existent but the waiter was patient and helpful (probably the owner). We chose two spaghetti dishes and they were amazing. Simple, home made spaghetti with sauces to die for…delicious but simple. Two jugs (500ml) of wine, and some ‘rough’ home baked bread and we were in heaven. Only two dessert choices and we had the BaBa(?) which was the perfect finish to a memorable and cheap (seriously, a litre of wine and food for $50 AUD?). Brilliant.
